Sales Assistant (m/f)

Located in Wurzburg


Here we would like to turn to distribution professionals with occupational experience in the IT industry who now want to impart and share their skills on a measured part-time basis. We would be delighted to welcome women or young mothers to our team who want to continue devoting part of their time to their families and children.

 

Your task areas:

  • Providing friendly and engaging “initial care” by phone (distribution, support)
  • Independent and active relief for the internal distribution service: schedule management, deployment control, offers, quality assurance
  • Initiating and conducting short-term acquisition campaigns (Internet, phone, e-mail, etc.)

Your qualifications:

  • Occupational experience within the IT branch (ideally concerning software) gained at small to medium-sized companies or major enterprises and groups
  • A positive and steadfast fundamental philosophy with the intention of achieving something, together with a healthy dose of reality and the ability to place “important” before “urgent” and to differentiate between “miracles” and what is feasible (here and now!).
  • Good English language skills for everyday use in communicating with our international customers

Technical Advisor - Print Management (m/f)

Located in Wurzburg

 

Computer scientist or MBA

 

Your task areas:

  • Collating and penetrating customer needs
  • Transformation of market requirements into the “factory” solution / liaison between customers and developers
  • Technically sound sales argumentation
  • Conceptual solution consulting (with an adequate level of abstraction)
  • Processing of exacting invitations to tender (in German and English)
  • Preparation of product concept catalogues and specifications
  • Development and maintenance of various distribution support measures (presentations, ROI modelling, etc.)
  • Management presentations at C level / self-assured public communication skills

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or business management specialising in computer science (or a comparable degree)
  • Very good social communication skills, determination, pleasure in sophisticated computer engineering and teamwork
  • Basic knowledge of SAP (BC-XOM and SAPGOF know-how)
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Experience in project management
  • Good English language skills

 

 

Software Developer (m/f)

Located in Berlin · Würzburg · Dresden

 

Your task areas:

  • Development and implementation of client/server software for the management of print servers and printers in teamwork
  • Planning and realisation of individual customer software solutions
  • Application care throughout the entire life cycle

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science (or a comparable degree)
  • Several years' experience of programming in C/C ++ and C#
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
  • Operating system-related programming knowledge for Windows and Unix derivatives
  • Knowledge of programming TCP/IP protocol-supported client/server applications
